Sound healing is safe for most people. However, if any of the following apply you should seek advice from a medical practitioner before attending:
First trimester of pregnancy
A fitted metal pin or pacemaker
Epilepsy
Severe anxiety
Sound sensitivity

Yes. Our sound healing sessions are open to everyone, whether you attend sound healing regularly or it’s your first time. Everyone is welcome.

Something loose and comfortable.

Depending on the event you book, we will advise what you need to bring. Some locations provide mats, blankets, bolsters and others do not, so you’ll need to bring your own. Bring water to stay hydrated.

Avoid caffeine or a heavy meal for two hours before a session and if possible, create time to rest after your session.
